About the project
Education and entertainment were the combined themes of this landscaping project to be executed in part of the President’s Kitchen Garden grounds in Balzan. The project aims at providing an outdoor facility in which children visiting the Kitchen Garden can make use of energy generating equipment for awareness concerning renewable energy and sustainability to be enhanced.
This project is being executed in collaboration with the Ministry for Energy and Water, the Office of the President of Malta and Periti Studio.

About the project
This facility comprises four levels of underground parking spaces and over eight thousand square metres of open plan commercial space including offices, retail space, healthcare facilities and a catering establishment.
While the first phase of the building is complete and fully occupied, we are in the process of building the second phase. Our involvement in this phase is a holistic one in that we were directly involved in the processing of Planning Authority development permits, architectural design, structural design, procurement and project management consultancy services. This project is being carried out in collaboration with DAAA Haus and Periti Studio

About the project
Our job on this project entailed the renovation and restoration of a typical Birkirkara townhouse and the conversion of part of the same townhouse into an office.
In collaboration with our clients, we established the needs, values and priorities of our client’s firm and in doing so, the facility was designed, necessary development permits were obtained and the project has been executed.
About the project
This project entailed the architectural design of two semi-detached dwellings in Madliena. After having evaluated the site’s potential, particularly, the views that can be exploited from this spot in Madliena, the two dwellings were designed.
In designing these dwellings, the focus was on the end users’ comfort. This project is still in its development permit processing phase.

Over the past years, we have worked with several property development companies in the design and construction of several apartment blocks in various localities in Malta. These include Bahar ic-Caghaq, Gżira, Siggiewi, Mosta and Mellieha.
About the project
This house is located in the quaint village of Siggiewi. Particular features within this house showed us that its history goes back to medieval times. Over the years the house underwent several interventions and additions. Unfortunately, when these interventions were being carried out, vernacular features were either concealed or completely demolished. Once we took on the job, we worked hand in hand with our clients for this house to be renovated to their needs.
Moreover, we made sure that the vernacular features of this house were adequately restored using professional and locally accepted techniques. The end result is one that makes both us and our clients proud.
