IB Projects is a Maltese architectural practice led by Perit Ivan Bondin, offering architectural design and construction project management from our offices in Attard and Mqabba. We work with private homeowners, property developers and commercial clients across Malta, on projects ranging from single dwellings and house conversions to multi-level commercial facilities. Whatever the scale, the same small team sees the work through from first sketch to final handover.
