In this strand of work we offer a wide range of construction project management services to our clients with a cost-effective approach. Project Management involves preparatory work such as the drafting of the program of works, the drafting of bills of quantities and the preparation of reports such as Construction Management Plans and Method Statement Reports. The work also entails the assistance to our clients with contractor selection matters, coordination of works and quality assurance of their projects.

Forming part of a multi firm consortium, our involvement in this project entailed the management of the day-to-day execution of the works, coordination, detailed design, preparation of technical method statement reports and assistance with procurement of products and services.

In this particular job, we project managed the execution of the finishing and furnishing works of this prestigious facility. Works included the supply and installation of several types of flooring, soffit ceilings, fire doors, gypsum partitions, marble cladding, laboratory furniture, office furniture and the reception furniture.
About the project
We worked in collaboration with Halmann Vella Ltd to execute landscaping works in this prestigious facility in the south part of the island. The job entailed the supply and installation of several types of paving tiles and cladding around the Smart City laguna area.
Our job was to project manage Halmann Vella’s works package which was carried out on a very tight schedule. Despite the challenges we encountered the project was delivered on time.
